Key Responsibilities

1. Provides executive leadership to a major manufacturing / supply chain function supporting a large and complex business unit. May lead functional operations at multiple manufacturing sites. Establishes and monitors production using metrics/budgets through systems, and initiates appropriate corrective action as needed and based on results. Establishes and controls project schedules, timelines.
2. Plans and evaluates optimal resource utilization and efficiency of operation to minimize costs and allow for on-time delivery of product to customers. Accurately establishes plant capacity.
3. Directs, guides, monitors, and evaluates Operations Team personnel to accomplish specific production and supply chain goals consistent with established operational, housekeeping (5S), and safety procedures and processes. Engage in problem solving in complex situations and process improvements in streamlining work processes.
4. Leads continuous improvement efforts and projects to refine production methods and processes to produce quality products that meet customer requirements in the most cost-effective manner.
5. Identifies and pursues new technologies to improve production, increase efficiency and resource utilization and maximize profitability.
6. Works closely with members of Senior and Executive Management to align overall operations development with business needs/opportunities. Promotes an environment of cooperation and trust.
7. May provide ownership / leadership for a major divisional function, project, or program (i.e., Inventory Management, AMPS/Lean, Responsiveness / Agility). Provides leadership, guidance, mentorship, and personal development of his/her direct reports in the areas of daily operational management, systems development, and optimization.
8. Identifies process and quality changes designed to improve manufacturing or department capabilities. Drives Lean, Safety and Quality. Takes corrective action.

• To lead a group of Production Technicians in the safe and smooth running of the production.
• To assist the Process Engineer to conduct activities and projects to optimize operation during Shift to achieve operational and cost-efficiency.
• To troubleshoot plant/equipment/quality issues and recommend counter-measures.
• To monitor and ensure plant equipment integrity and reliability.
• To assist the Process Engineer to support Shift operation by providing suitable operating conditions for stable plant operation and product quality control.
• To train and develop team members.

Job Description & Requirements:

• Ensure that all products are manufactured with utmost efficiency and quality, according to planned protocols using the appropriate technology. Evaluates, products, components and applications by designing and conducting researching programs, applying knowledge of project and materials
• Develops products by studying customers' requirements, researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials
• Assures products' quality by designing finished products
• Prepare report by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information trend
• Guide assembly of automation module / machine according to mechanical assembly drawing, and electrical schematic diagram

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics
• 1-4 years of relevant experience preferably in Assembly of Equipment or Test area preferably in Semiconductor Industry
• Experience in maintaining the Quality of Work
• Knowledge of Material BOM’s
• Capable of understanding Engineering drawings for Mechatronics-assembly
• Experienced in Manufacturing Engineering Tools (5S, Process Flow, FMEA, System Risk Analysis, DMAIC, 8D, Control Plan, SOP, SOO, Work Instructions, Root Cause Analysis, Capacity versus Demand)
• Experience in Mechanical Fitting, Cable Routing and Installation of Equipment. Preferably in a Semiconductor Equipment Industry.
• Able to use Solid works to design simple fixtures / jigs
• Technical skills must include basic knowledge of mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• With minimum 3 years of marketing experience in developing marketing plans for events such as trade shows, conferences, etc.
• Proficient in graphic design software skills will be an added advantage
• Strong presentation skills

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B marketing plans that may include participation in industry conferences and events, trade shows and webinars
• Work with cross-functional team on preparation of effective marketing collaterals for online, offline and trade events
• Create compelling sales promotion material and content, including but not limited to, outdoor and indoor advertising, video, catalogue, etc.
• Work collaboratively with external design agencies to execute designs and creative contents
• Provide support and work closely with the sales teams to set the marketing strategy including branding, lead generation and competitor analysis
• Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on B2B marketing initiatives
• Organize networking events to maintain B2B partners relationship

Authorities and Responsibilities

1. To organize, co-ordinate, check and ensure all production activities follow as plan.
2. Calculate machine cycle time and organize production schedule base on machine capacity and capabilities
3. Plan manpower resources and delegate machining job to machinist
4. Verify program issue to workshop
5. Analyze and provide solution to solve problems between programmer and production dept.
6. Analyze monthly machining and scrap report
7. Good supervisory skill, people skill and 5 ‘S’ housekeeping
8. Good writing and communicating skill
9. Good in mechanical process, such as machining process, H/T, jig and fixture etc.

Competence Requirements

• Preferred NTC 2 / Diploma in Engineering discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of working in related industry, and having 2 – 3 years of supervisory experience and preferably with working knowledge in machining processes.
• PC literate
• Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and is an effective team player who is also self driven with a strong achievement orientation.

Primary

1. To Provide primarily support at production department.
2. Assist superiors in prepare and compile reports.
3. Prepare, generate and release job order / purchase requisition to various departments of the confirmed job orders.
4. Responsible for planning of production output, monitor machine capacity, OEE etc.
5. Work closely among inter-departments to ensure committed schedules are met.
6. Provide regular update to the sales/Projects team on project development in a timely manner.
7. Maintenance and upkeep records of Production/Engineering/Technical documents.
8. Arrange production run according to Supervisor/HOD instruction.
9. Receiving/distribution of raw material for production usage.
10. Parts distribution to other departments for next process.
11. Able to systemize and improve on workflow.
12. Good application and know-know on the ERP / reporting tools.
13. Ability to understand or interpret all technical drawing and part specification.

Education level:

1. Min. NTC/Nitec level ME/Mechatronic or its relevant.

Experience level:

1. Two (2) years in relevant experience in clerical environment or manufacturing or its relevant

2. Perform competent in clerical duties, computer literacy.

3. Result oriented, resourceful and independent.

4. Ability to read, understand mechanical drawing and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance.
