Job Scope:

• Support print production runs through the operation of offset printing machinery
• Preparation of papers prior to printing.
• Laminating, binding, and finishing operations.
• Engage in craft-related tasks such as pasting, sticking, folding, and other manual finishing processes (e.g. folding, scoreline, perforation, collation, lamination & packaging)
• Finishing Techniques: Execute folding, creasing, scoreline, and perforation processes with precision.
• Strict adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Perform simple troubleshooting to rectify minor printing faults and contribute to the maintenance of printing machinery.

Requirements:

• Past experience in production-related works within the printing industry.
• Proficient in operating printing equipment/machinery.

Join and Report to Delivery Lead and be in the Banking clients IT Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Team, part of Group Risk Management.

The role will encompass the responsibility of

1. Being a Technical Analyst and taking up the development of changes to GRC

2. Implementing and supporting vendor systems components and

3. Providing Level 3- Production Support

4. GRC application development, implementation, and support of SIT/UAT testing.

 Planning, preparing, and executing system rollout and implementations

 Bringing about improvisations and value additions to the system and application components

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirements Management

Engage with System Analyst & SME to collate, understand and finalize functional and technical requirements

2. Design & Development

a) Partner with Architects and Dev. Manager to ensure solution design complies with enterprise design principles, security, and control standards

b) Partner with Development Manager in managing application teams to build the

enhancements

3. Test Management

a) Partner with Test Manager to ensure the completion of SIT, UAT testing, regression/performance/ load testing and application security testing with quality results

4. Implementation Management

a) Prepare technical implementation plan across application teams

b) Coordinate technical implementation activities with release team and across application teams to ensure clean production cutover without issues and adequate post implementation support

Job Requirements

 Min. 6-to-8-year hands on development experience in any operational risk system or any banking application

 Experience and knowledge with Aldon LM(e) product & setup is an added advantage

 Banking domain or financial institution working experience and familiarity with SDLC process and change management tools.

 Must possess customer oriented and Can-Do attitude (should be able to accommodate overtime work when needed)

Job Description:
• Assist Department Leader with planning of daily production activities and issuance of
routine instructions
• Assist Department Leader with planning and scheduling of preventive maintenance
activities
• Ensure that production and quality targets are met by monitoring production and QC
data
• Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with Work Instructions (WI)
• Assist Department Leader with monitoring inventory levels of raw materials,
subsidiary materials and spares, and raise purchase requests when required
• Assist Department Leader with enforcement of Production shift staff discipline
including monitoring production data and reviewing CCTV footage when necessary
• Assist with Document Control relating to production, including maintaining and
updating WI and forms
• Assist Department Leader with troubleshooting of process, equipment problems
• Understand production process to assist with operation adjustments or improvement
proposals due to demands from other stakeholders
• Ensure data entry by Production shift staff is timely and accurate
• Assist Department Leader with compilation of monthly production reports
