ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·Work with the cross functional team to improve the process / product quality and achieve the company / departmental KPIs.

· Attend to customer on con all, factory audit, quality issues and returns.

· Responsible for resolving quality issues related to incoming, in-process, outgoing and customer complaints

·Support for New Product launch and raw material First Article approval, oversee the quality of new products from sample build to mass production by building a robust process.

· Monitor Supplier performance and liaise with supplier to resolve quality issues and handing of NCMR

· Conduct the internal and external audits.

· Responsible for environmental compliance conformity of raw material (Eg.RoHS, Reach, Conflict of Mineral, Pro65, etc)

· Candidates with more experience will be considering for senior role.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

· Diploma with at least 3 years of experience in quality management / manufacturing environment/ Degree in the field of Mechanical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Quality Certification or equivalent.

· Possess good knowledge of IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO13485 QMS, with auditing experience preferred.

· Experience in contract manufacturing of wire harness assembly, PCBA and Electro-mechanical assembly, handling of new products from new launch to mass production, on the Quality control & handing of customer complaint & returns.

· Experience on raw material compliance conformity (Eg.RoHS, Reach, Conflict of Mineral, Pro65) is preferred

· Good problem- solving & communication skills, resourceful and independent.

· Experienced in generating Quality procedures & knowledge of ESG Sustainability is an advantage.

Your Job responsibilities include:

• Responsible for the sourcing of Electronics / Electronics – Mechanical / Mechanical / IDM products.
• Manage the supplier relationship with key suppliers.
• Achieve sourcing’s KPI to support the company’s objectives.
• Perform price analysis, database control and maintenance.
• Interact and work closely with suppliers and team members in other departments.

• Engineering Diploma / Degree with min. 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Good discipline and pay attention to details.
• Able to work in a team and willing to learn new skills.
• Pleasant personality, initiative, resourceful and able to communicate effectively with manufacturing groups and relevant functions.
