1. Checking the kitchen and equipment, monitored and make sure outlet operations running efficiency
2. Make sure outlet staffs prepared food follow by policies & procedures, ensure minimise food wastage
3. Ensure staffs compliance to all safety policies & procedure
4. Monitored outlets neat & clean all the times, ensure all outlets maintaining hygiene standard
5. Plan and arrange duty roster for outlet staffs, make sure enough manpower to support operation
6. Assist in hiring new outlet staffs, handling the phone calls from candidates and process onsite interview
7. Assist in setting up new outlet or closing down outlets
8. Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct
9. Interact with department and team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively

Key Responsibilities:

• ATE Test Program Design and Development for new products (Production and Characterization Test)
• Design/Develop Final Test Loadboard and Wafersort Probecard
• Perform Characterization Testing, prepare test specifications, define tests, conditions, criteria, etc.
• Solid digital and mixed-signal programming experience on ATE using C++/VB language, and scripting
• Monitor and manage production test yields, maverick lots, engineering lots, product test log maintenance, product data statistical process, characterization data process.
• Hands-on test debugging, RMA analysis, and improving test solutions (Hardware and Software)
• Establish cost-effective production test solutions
• Develop team technical competency.
• Build product test plan, schedule, resources requirement and project tracking and execution.
• Conduct product test and releases review, approve the test program releases.
• Maintain and improve the product test process.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics)
• Minimum 5-yrs ATE Test Program Development (C++ and/or VB)
• Experience in Test HW Development (Loadboard and Probecard)
• Good knowledge on manufacturing process (fab, packaging, test)
• Hands-on development experience is a must with Teradyne J750 ATE testers, IG-XL test programming
• Hands-on development experience with Chroma and other main stream testers.
• Project management skills and experience in people management.
• Liaison with factories in China and Taiwan is required, knowledge of Mandarin is essential

Preferred: Knowledge in AEC Q100 automotive qualification guidelines, experience in the automotive test flow, AEC Q100 data analysis, wafer and FT lot process.

* Responsible to analyze, review and approve customer ECO (Engineering Change Orders) and Implement ECO for

Engineering related.

* Responsible to develop and maintain (review and approve) Bill of Material, Work Instructions and Validation / Verification

protocol & report etc.

* Responsible to provide training to production personnel on Work Instructions.

* Attend Line quality issues and trouble shoot Engineering related issues.

* Responsible to review and approve Incident Reports, if any.

* Maintain Consigned/In-house Tooling, Jig and Fixtures and conduct PM (Preventive Maintenance) and repair support as

required.

* Coordinate with FA engineer and perform First Article qualification of parts.

* Participate in periodic Validation/Calibration activities to ensure smooth running of production line.

* Participate in LEAN activities pertaining to Cycle Time, Process, Safety and Yield improvements for Line balancing.

* Responsible for Line set-up and providing the design and method of handling, labeling and storage of KTE box and Milk-Run

Trolley.

* Other tasks as and when required and directed by Engineer.

* Contribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering

to the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, and helping to achieve EHS objectives and

targets through participation of EHS programs
