- To troubleshoot and problem solving of manufacturing process

- To liaise with operation team in technical challenge and manufacture process.

- To provide alternative solution to production on any process problem arises

- Familiar with metalworks manufacturing processes, etc. fabrication & welding, machining

- Familiar and able to interpret mechanical drawings & understand requirements

- Responsible for the maintenance of the system inclusive of the machine

- Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirment

- Minimum ITE, Degree/Diploma in Mechanical /Enginerring

- Well versed in using AutoCAD knowledge

- Experience in electrical engineering will be a plus

- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Job Description:

- Able to lead, train and coach team member

- Manage and handle daily production purchase, inventory, stock, and work schedule

- Willing to learn and participate from the start to the end finishing product

- Cleaning and troubleshoot in production machines

- Responsible for the whole process of the manufacturing from purchase, withdraw, issue until handover to warehouse

- Create, maintain and update the SAP system

- ISO documentation update, recording and maintenance

- Responsible for the internal and external audit process and documentation

- Co-operate with inter department to ensure the production is running as per schedule

- Other task/assignment given by the Superior/Management

Job Requirements:

- Diploma with Engineering Chemical or Chemistry background will be advantage

- At least 3-5 years manufacturing work experience required

- Independent thinker who acts and decides objectively and with integrity

- Willing to learn new things and hands on

- Excellent communication so as to provide training and coaching to team member and also to handle queries from clients/associates

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Production Supervisor and leading the Production operators.
• Achieve the Output in timely completion of production plan & requirement.
• Scheduling and assigning adequate resources, monitoring progress, and resolving problem
• Prepare Handler Equipment for production if not enough capacity.
• Follow customer disposition at Hold lot and Low Yield. Lots to release, retest reject, ICOS scan, 100% OQA, 100% inspection when customer give disposition.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area with housekeeping standards for employees and ensure that they conform to safety rules and regulations
• Project - Lead and/or participate in lean and continuous project improvement initiatives
• Work closely with other Shift Leaders to ensure production handovers are effectively communicated
• Support technicians on machine troubleshooting
• Support improvement project with process engineering team (cost / yield / machine UPH)
• Technical support for production and maintenance team for basic machine issue recovery
• Create and revise systems and procedures by analysing operating practices and requesting/ implementing change.
• Any additional tasks as assigned by the manager or management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in either a technical environment or manufacturing industry
• Minimum 1 years of supervisory experience for a team of technical staffs (technicians/ operators)
• Prior hands-on experience in Test Production manufacturing (i.e. mechanical/electrical, troubleshooting)
• Able to perform a 8-hours rotating shifts (Both day & night shift), or
• Able to perform a 12-hours rotating shifts (Both day & night shift), when business needs.
• Able to demonstrate good communication, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Experience in implementing continuous improvement projects (Lean/Kaizen) and demonstrate resource planning capability.
