Architecture

• To provide architectural expertise thereby driving change and improvement in technology and process.
• To contribute to the development of the SSO and LDAP technology roadmaps.
• To liaise with architecture teams in undertaking architectural reviews
• To stay abreast of emerging technologies and technology trends.
• To automatize the process to accelerate the delivery time

Project Delivery

• To take responsibility for the delivery of key projects around SSO and LDAP which are aligned to drive significant change within the platform.
• To work with the Application Production Support project managers in defining, designing, documenting and implanting new functionality for existing and new applications.
• To liaise with the Application Developers in low-level diagnosis of on-going issues.
• To provide subject matter expertise on SSO and IDM technologies to all business application teams.
• To act as technology evangelists for the improvement of process and technology in use for the Authentication services within the client.

Platform Support and Maintenance

• Pro-actively monitor, manage and improve availability and performance of the production environments (from presentation and application layers to Infrastructure layers)
• Pro-actively manage the capacity of production applications

Incident and Problem Management

• To work with partner teams to conduct analysis of major and critical incidents.
• To identify tactical or strategic improvements that can be introduced to help reduce the number of on-going incidents within the SSO and LDAP area.

Change Management

• To work within the change management framework adopted by the client to ensure that all changes to the production environment are planned and executed in a controlled manner.
• To take responsibility for the quality of changes within the SSO and IDM environments, ensuring that changes raised are of sufficient standard in terms of technical and planning detail.
• Attending and sharing knowledge / updates in the Weekly Change Control Board Meetings and the Weekly Problem Management Meetings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Live studio direct News & Current Affairs programmes in both automated and traditional galleries. Content is not limited to broadcast content. May be required to support digital from time to time.
• This position is responsible for the execution of live studio programming using a Vizrt Mosart Automation system. The responsibilities include but are not limited to using studio equipment to build effects and templates for coding and execution of studio shows via Octopus rundowns.
• Co-ordinate the planning and production of News and Current Affairs programmes output to ensure that editorial intentions are met, and highest production standards maintained. The individual will be equipped with the right skills and new/developing tools to deliver high quality production.
• Set the direction and work with studio crew on duties on the requirements to facilitate and execute an error-free studio production.
• Work primarily in the studio but occasionally will be needed in the field for outdoor news broadcast.
• In the fast paced nature of news, the individual is required to provide guidance to the studio and production crew on the last minute changes and issues that may happen on during production.
• Enforce the compliance to the Error Tracking System from both the production and maintenance team.

• Minimum Diploma in relevant discipline
• At least 2 years in production, preferably studio/live production but other production acceptable as well.
• Must be able to work in a high-pressure environment and able to react to changes and situations in a calm and collected manner, without supervison.
• Multitasking is required in the role as well as strong people interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in planning, organising and communicating to be able to manage multiple issues that may occur during production as well as the stakeholders from various teams. Required to have an eye for detail and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Experience with studio production with a strong understanding of studio equipment, including switchers and audio board will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in the English language and at least one other language (Chinese Tamil or Malay) would be an added advantage to understand the language of the programmes.

• Responsible for ensuring that the Electrical Integrity Inspection scope of work is executed with technical excellence, acting as a technical reference and local legal representative, focusing on the Electrical Integrity Management Process, ensuring the execution of inspections, generation of recommendations, quality assurance and quality control of subcontractors, and development and improvement of inspection plans, in order to maximize reliability, availability, maintenance, safety and integrity of assets (RAMSI), as well as contributing to the Operations procedures and achievement of results established for the business.
• Support MdB's annual corporate budget planning (expenses and investments) by participating and advising the team on corporate planning, providing information on workforce planning for Electrical Integrity Inspection and on resource needs, services and materials and other expenses used in its activities.
• Guarantee the continuous improvement of IMS by monitoring projects status and ensuring that IMS Documents under Reliability Coordination are updated and implemented.
• Reference to assist in the analysis of inspection results, traceability of information, proper root cause elaboration, and issuance of technical review/recommendation.
