Building robots and a design automation platform together brings great synergy - the platform helps us develop robots faster than anyone else and the robots allow us to gather data and do experiments at scale. Data gathering can be done through partnerships with other robotics companies, but doing experiments is crucial for grounding the platform in reality and ensuring its usefulness. The grouting robots are already deploying daily at construction sites and bringing value to clients. We are currently negotiating sales worth around 500k USD. With manufacturing cost multiple times lower than companies using a traditional robotic arm, our robots have an ROI in weeks. Our robot is also small and simple to use, operating from a single button without the need to upload floorplans or do any complex setup. Working Hours: Monday - Friday @ 8.30am - 6pm

Working Location: Science Park Drive (May go on-site to support outdoor trials)

Salary: Up to $3.5k

Responsibilities:

• Basic harnessing skillsets, such crimping of cables, potting of connectors
• Ability to read instructions to build harnessing
• Ability to follow instructions to integrate parts of the drone by placing together electronic components
• Using multi-meter to test for connectivity

Requirements:

• Nitec in Electrical/Aerospace Engineering.
• Prefer candidate with basic harnessing skillsets
• Know how to use computer and Microsoft Office

Job Title: Production Supervisor (ID8220)
Location: Ang Mo Kio, Singapore
Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 9AM-6PM, Sat 9AM-1PM
Salary: $2200 - $2800

Job Description:
Able to lead, train and coach team member
Manage and handle daily production purchase, inventory, stock, and work schedule
Willing to learn and participate from the start to the end finishing product
Cleaning and troubleshoot in production machines
Responsible for the whole process of the manufacturing from purchase, withdraw, issue until handover to warehouse
Create, maintain and update the SAP system
ISO documentation update, recording and maintenance
Responsible for the internal and external audit process and documentation
Co-operate with inter department to ensure the production is running as per schedule
Other task/assignment given by the Superior/Management

Requirement:
Diploma with Engineering Chemical or Chemistry background will be advantage
At least 3-5 years manufacturing work experience required
Independent thinker who acts and decides objectively and with integrity
Willing to learn new things and hands on
Excellent communication so as to provide training and coaching to team member and also to handle queries from clients/associates
Computer literate

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Organize, monitor and ensure manufacturing processes operated with minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital.
• Initiates, implements, and manages the processes improvement program based on best practices in the metal drum making industry, with an emphasis on productivity and product quality.
• Ensure all manufacturing processes are adhering to all Regulatory and Statutory Requirement.
• Work with HR Department and assure that employee grievances are addressed in a timely fashion.

• Maintain and update operating training manuals for all manufacturing processes.
• Perform any other ad-hoc projects or tasks to be assigned by the HOD / Management from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 5 years working experience in manufacturing environment.
• Able to supervise and lead the subordinates.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Computer literate.
• Knowledge in ISO is an advantage.
