Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for production scheduling, working orders and recordings.
Ensure production activities are carried out properly and efficient utilization of manpower.
Train new production staff on proper working methods and production recording.
Work closely with Quality Controller to ensure high Quality products are achieved.
Ensure the production operation is in the context of ISO & HACCP programs e.g. hygiene standard, work instruction, production records are properly followed and recorded.
To ensure that all operational duties by the team are completed on a daily schedule, ahead of time, efficiently and effectively
To provide excellent customer service and management and to ensure that all your staff understands the importance of such standards
Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the team
Obtain sales target and KPIs given by the management
Assist in planning schedule
Promote positive work environment
Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guideline
Develop strategic and operational plans for managing execution and measuring results
Any other duties as may be assigned by management
Must Able to work night shift and split shift
Must Able to work OT on weekends and public holiday
