Job Description:

• Able to understand different types of electrical drawings including single line drawings & assembly drawings.
• Able to design, develop and integrate wire harness solutions based on customer’s requirements.
• Work closely with customers and vendors on sourcing the components & materials.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with IP Quality checker on quality issue found on production line.
• Provide technical support on wire harness issues for the solutions.

Job Requirement:

• At least 3-5 years related working experience in managing wire harness production line
• Min diploma in electrical engineering or a related field
• Good communication skills

3. BBQ of bakkwa whenever required

5. Able to work and stand at long hours

6. Able to adapt working in central kitchen working environment

OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB :

• Responsible in overseeing production CNC machine activities.
• Responsible in fabrication process and trouble shooting.

MAIN ACTIVITIES/ TASKS:

• Monitor and ensure production run according to production planned schedule.
• Ensure minimum WIP level in production.
• Control production cost by optimizing machines usage and assembly efficiency.
• Lead production team to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance to health and safety regulations.
• Conduct and ensure 5S in production is well maintained.
• Provide solutions for quality improvements.
• Provide technical support as and when required.
• Ensure Preventive Maintenance is carried out periodically for machines and equipment use in production.

WORKING REQUIREMENTS:

· Require to run shift work.

. Possess strong knowledge in CAD/CAM.

· Possess good leadership and able to supervise a team of production workers.

· Able to handle work under pressure and meeting dateline.

· Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

· Possess good analytical skill.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise machine assemblies and offer engineering support for daily production operations.
• Participate in machine integration, setup, and commissioning.
• Participate in the analysis of machine performance in applications and processes.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Department on design-related matters and enhancements.
• Prepare & update BOM, Work Instructions & design changes
• Familiar with 3D cad / Solidworks software will be an advantage
• Liaise with relevant staff including suppliers to ensure successful completion of machine assembly projects

• Minimum 3-5 Years of relevant experience in Industrial Automation
• Good team player with a positive attitude & able to work hours & under pressure
• Able to lead projects independently

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and upkeep custom machine vision and GUI applications.
• Make choices in procuring, constructing, and sustaining PCs and PC-based GUI software.
• Analyze project specifications, design, create, and test multitasking Windows desktop applications for industrial equipment (WPF).
• Grasp the integration with third-party embedded controllers through their APIs.
• Optimize existing software to improve the performance and fix bugs.
• Provide technical support for the field.

Job Requirements:

• Masters or Bachelor degree in computer engineering /electronics engineering or equivalent
• Min 3-5 years experience in vision and developing windows applications for industrial / automation equipment using C#, WPF and .NET Framework. Able to develop rich and modern user interface.
• Has good understanding on TCP/IP, RS-232, Camera interface and any of motion controller interface protocols like Epson, ABB, Beckhoff etc.
• Knowledge in MODBUS, SECS/GEM and other industrial protocols is added advantage.
• Good in process mapping and software design concepts
