We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Production Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will monitor and troubleshoot production systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, and ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of software and infrastructure updates. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor production systems, including Linux VMs, vendor products, and SFTP platforms, to promptly identify and resolve issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges efficiently and ensure minimal disruption to operations.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports on system health and issue resolution.

• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to address production issues outside standard business hours. Shifts include Morning (7 AM – 4 PM) and Afternoon (2 PM – 11 PM), with coverage 7 days a week.
• Perform development tasks within the vendor product, allocating 10–20% of time for this responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in Production Support or a similar role.
• Proficient in Java,SQL,UNIX, and scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
