• Hire, train, and manage production staff, including setting and monitoring performance goals

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement product launches

• Create and maintain inventory records and manage raw material inventory levels

• Identify and address production issues and area(s) for improvement

• Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery in production facilities

• Prepare production reports and communicate with upper management regarding production goals and results

• To ensure the prompt and efficient preparation and service in all food areas to the company’s standard and to the customers’s satisfaction.

Job summary:

The client is in Semi-conductor industry, currently they are looking for an Supply Chain Planner to plan, schedule and monitor of materials related to the production cycle. This role will involve material management, movement, import and export. Additionally, this role will need analytic skills to forecast the demand and supply to meet business needs.

Job Duties:

• Plans, schedules and monitors the movement of material through the production cycle.
• Utilizing SAP for inventory management in warehouse
• Determines material requirements from engineering and production schedules.
• Coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering
• Plans and schedules and monitors determine required materials purchases.
• Liaise with production team to ensure sufficient inventory and required materials for business
• Ensures material standards are met and non-conformances or variances are approved and/or minimized.

Requirements:

• Experience in SAP/ERP System
• 3 Years of experience in supply/demand planning
• Great interpersonal skills
• Forecasting, budgeting and data visualizations
• Bachelor OR Diploma holder in logistics or supply chain management with 3 years' experience in supply chain functions
