As a valued member of the engineering team, you'll play a crucial role in gathering requirements, designing, testing, deploying, and supporting equipment integration hardware and software solutions for semiconductor manufacturing tools, both new and existing.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform semiconductor equipment SECS/GEM communication and process scenario characterization.
• Document Equipment Integration requirements for new tools.
• Work with Process, Equipment, and AMHS Engineering teams to develop Equipment Integration software solution.
• Coordinate and monitor service installation with Facilities and Equipment Engineering teams.
• Deploy Equipment Integration software and hardware to new and existing tools.
• Configure and deploy FDC and APC solutions working with Process, Equipment, AMHS, and Controls Engineering teams.
• Opportunity to travel for overseas project assignment.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in the field of Computer Science / Information Technology, with 5 years of experience or more.
• Basic understanding of software engineering, practical experience in object-oriented system analysis and design, multi-threaded programing knowledge is an added advantage.
• Semiconductor Manufacturing Experience with SEMI Standards Tool controls (knowledge of SECS/GEM is an added advantage).
• Background in software development with knowledge of C#, VB, C++ (at least one of the programming languages listed).
• Familiar with .Net Winform or WPF platform framework.
• SQL programming and data manipulation, familiar with at least one of the commonly used database in the market, e.g. DB2, Oracle, MS SQL etc.
• Familiar with semiconductor wafer manufacturing, LED, LCD, Solar factory automation communication protocol SECS, HSMS, PLC is an added advantage.

1. Kitchen

Topping Section

· Process topping for respective bread and danish types according to SOP

· Euro bun toppings (in applicable outlets)

· Prepare ingredients and fillings for all bun type products

· Learn all products and know what are the ingredients in each product

· Perform Dispensing duty to bring out freshly baked products in organized manner

Table Section:

· Be equipped with knowledge on using the right and required ingredients per product

· Ensure right ingredients are used per product, at the correct weight per ingredient

· Perform Sweet bun, Danish, Euro, Toast shaping

· Perform filling for sweet breads according to product

Oven Section:

· Ensure right temperature and time setting per product being baked

· Be equipped with the right and proper knowledge for each product before baking

· Responsible to ensure all bread types (sweet bread, Danish, Euro, Toast) be baked according to standard

2. General:

· Ensure clean, tidy and hygienic station and overall kitchen environment

· Use the right tools and equipment for the right purpose (e.g. colour code cloths to wipe different surfaces, right knives etc)

· Able to setup and perform various roles, performing quality control and reject inferior products

· Able to identify and troubleshoot inferior products and maintain good quality throughout his/her shift

· Organize the kitchen area, floor and preparation areas are neat, ensure equipment is in good working condition.

· Organize the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment condition and cleanliness.

· Ensure hot bread at all times and no excess products being held or run out

· Ensure manpower schedule arrangement to achieve operation effectiveness.

Require scheduling workstation (Oven, Dough Mixing, Table, Toping & Danish making etc…) at Wu Pao Chun Singapore outlet, no limitations for number of outlets.
