Job Title: Production Operator (Permanent) x 20

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Carry out production activities which adhere to EHS and Quality guidelines, regulations, policies, procedures and work instructions
• Operate machines/equipment at the required specifications and ensure all materials are readily available
• Work in a team environment on day-to-day operations which includes preliminary troubleshooting of machines or equipment and other appropriate duties as assigned

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Secondary educated graduate with at least 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience or NITEC graduate with at least 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience is preferred
• Flexible to work within a few sections of a product department and comfortable in lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 20kg with assistance of 2 personnel

- Salary up to $2000

- Working location: Senoko (North of Singapore)
- Working condition is slightly humid and warm in a non-aircon working environment
- Working hours and days subject to department: Mon to Fri 7am to 4pm; Sat 7am-12pm, 5.5 days' work week | Mon to Fri 8am-5pm, Sat 8am-1pm (There are 2 department with 2 different working timing)
- There will be overtime work that is payable however subject to workload and seasonal spike of orders.
- Probation period: 3 months
- Annual salary increment: Subject to performance
- Variable bonus: Subject to performance and usually 0.5- 1 month per annum
- 7 days of annual leave and increment of a day each year, up to 14 days maximum.
- Safety shoes, hair net, locker all will be provided by employer
