Responsibilities

· Pack the finished products onto the appropriate corrugated carton boxes.

· Ensure that the product carton boxes and individual packets are stamped with the correct expiry date.

· Responsible in the preparation of appropriate carton boxes.

· Learn and operate packing machine.

· Assist in the daily operation of the packaging machines as assigned and rostered to.

· Assist in the local preventive maintenance of packaging machines.

· Perform area cleaning of the packaging machines, grinders and perform specific hygiene sanitization of work stations.

· Assist in the quality control check of all finished products.

· Assist in the stickering / labelling work on products.

· Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when required to do so by the management.

Responsible for providing oversight for Quality on-the-floor and operations support, the QA Associate will support manufacturing operations and IPC testing through purposeful presence on the floor, and support of complex manufacturing investigations, change control, and unexpected result investigations.
