Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) to lead quality and process optimization efforts across our supplier network, with a strong focus on mechanical processes (e.g., metal stamping, forging, brazing, die casting, CNC machining, and milling). The successful candidate will work within the electronics and computing sectors, particularly focusing on thermal cooling solutions, ensuring that our suppliers meet rigorous quality standards and process reliability. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement systems to monitor and assess supplier quality. Ensure that materials and components, particularly those related to mechanical processes (e.g., metalworking, tooling, fixture and jig design), comply with specified standards. Address and resolve any non-conformance issues.
• Work closely with suppliers to optimize their manufacturing processes, such as metal stamping, forging, brazing, die casting, CNC machining, and milling. Drive improvements in process yield and consistency to ensure the high quality of materials and components.
