Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Familiarity with production management software and quality control methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
