Responsibility of Business Process Analyst:

• Evaluates business systems and workflows, conducting a thorough process analysis of current and future Finance & Manufacturing systems/processes.
• Mapping existing processes and suggesting new/improved processes, aligning with the department’s strategic directives and operational guidelines.
• Collaborates with various departmental business process owners to assess current systems and processes, identifying areas for automation and integration to enhance overall operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collects and documents requirements, encompassing business processes and needs, and translates them into detailed functional specifications.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline

• Schedule: 5 Days (Monday to Friday), 8:30 am - 6:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Take charge of overseeing the technical transfer of products/projects throughout assembly and testing phases to ensure seamless integration into manufacturing processes.
• Offer technical guidance throughout product builds and testing procedures.
• Aid the Quality Control (QC) team in resolving RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) issues.
• Assist Quality Assurance (QA) in upholding compliance with regulatory standards, meeting customer requirements, and managing audit procedures.
• Engage with customers to address technical aspects related to projects/products.

Entry Requirements:

• Possess a minimum Diploma in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Have at least 2 years of relevant experience in the Electronics Manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrate experience in PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) manufacturing and testing.
• Preferably, have experience in a manufacturing environment that adheres to ISO13485 and FDA regulations.
• Be proficient in product/project manufacturing, transfers, and troubleshooting electronic systems.
• Competent in utilizing AutoCAD software for design and assembly purposes.
