Key Responsibilities
• Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct emergency response drills.
• Train new employees on production processes, safety procedures, and equipment operation.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments of the workplace to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Investigate workplace accidents, injuries, or near-misses. Document findings, recommend corrective actions, and work to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain detailed records of safety inspections, incident reports, training sessions, and regulatory compliance to present to management or regulatory bodies when needed.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
•Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in construction.
