Job Summary

This role require someone physically fit to perform tasks as he/she require standing, lifting, and moving materials and place on trolley.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with production supervisors and line managers to schedule and prioritize various vegetable processing tasks and projects.
• Set up, operate, and maintain specialized food processing equipment, such as washing, cutting, blanching, and packaging machines.
• Perform quality control checks and inspections to ensure processed vegetables meet food safety and quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist with the organization and maintenance of the production floor.
• Communicate effectively with production staff, technicians, and other stakeholders to address issues and resolve problems.
• Ensure the production area is well-organized, clean, and in compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Provide general support to the production team, including assisting with tasks, running errands, and helping with material movement and handling.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and food safety.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with vocational or technical training in food processing preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a food or vegetable processing factory environment.
• Experience in the operation and maintenance of various food processing equipment and machinery.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret production schedules, recipes, and technical manuals.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality, food safety, and sanitation.

Job Title: Production Supervisor (ID8220)
Location: Ang Mo Kio, Singapore
Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 9AM-6PM, Sat 9AM-1PM
Salary: $2200 - $2800

Job Description:
Able to lead, train and coach team member
Manage and handle daily production purchase, inventory, stock, and work schedule
Willing to learn and participate from the start to the end finishing product
Cleaning and troubleshoot in production machines
Responsible for the whole process of the manufacturing from purchase, withdraw, issue until handover to warehouse
Create, maintain and update the SAP system
ISO documentation update, recording and maintenance
Responsible for the internal and external audit process and documentation
Co-operate with inter department to ensure the production is running as per schedule
Other task/assignment given by the Superior/Management

Requirement:
Diploma with Engineering Chemical or Chemistry background will be advantage
At least 3-5 years manufacturing work experience required

Job Title: Production Trainee (ID8219)
Location: Ang Mo Kio, Singapore
Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 9AM-6PM, Sat 9AM-1PM
Salary: $1900 - $2100

Job Description:
Arrange and prepare of the material and packaging material for the daily production;
Assist for the whole process of the production – labelling of the bottles, filling, carry and moving of products;
Cleaning up and maintain of the working places and maintain the good condition of the machines/asset of the department;
In-charge of the whole documentation, recording, update, issue, maintenance & etc, from pre-weight till handover the goods to the warehouse;
Support internal audit and external audit for ISO such as ISO documentation update, recording and maintenance;
Sourcing, email enquiry to the raw material supplier on the quotation and stock availability. If the raw material is obsolete will need to counter source alternative and do pre-test before purchase the raw material;
Assist in coaching and guidance to the new employees;
Assist in raising the purchase requisition of the raw material, plan the production schedule in advance with Management based on the inventory stock level;
Ensure all the production operators, working environment and also the manufacturing process is following the SOP;
Work as a team to ensure the production is running smooth. Need to learn from the preparation and understand the production operation flow. Help other employees to complete the daily output;
Create, update and maintain SAP system;
Highlight, feedback and suggest during and/or after the monthly staff meeting;
Other projects and assignments as instructed or delegated by management and director

Requirement:

Location: Woodlands
Working Hours: Monday To Friday 8.00am-5.30pm
Salary: $3500-$3900

Responsibilities
• Responsible for production operation activities to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing process
• Liaise with cross functional department on effective corrective/preventive actions, including carry out improvement activities such as process optimization, benchmarking, etc through various statistical tools and software.
• Handle audit in accordance to TS/IATF & ISO and OHSAS requirements

Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• Good Analytical & Problem solving skills.
• 2 years with relevant experience is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, action-focused and result-oriented team player.
• Knowledge on TS/IATF 16949, OHSAS18001, ISO14001, SPC, FMEA and TPM will be added advantage.
• Willing to work overtime when needed

Job Title: Production Planner (ID4626)
Location: : Seletar
Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8.00am-5.30pm
Salary: $2500-$3000

Job Scope (Responsibilities):
• Manage and plan for raw materials and standard components to ensure materials availability to support production plans
• Review MRP requirements, issue purchase orders and coordinate with raw materials supplier and forwarder to ensure supply requirements are met
• Coordinate and communicate between production, quality and sub contractors to ensure optimal flow of the parts in the production and minimise downtime
• Work collaboratively with customers, update them on the delivery schedule and adjust the schedule base on customers’ schedule in and schedule out of the parts
• Generate Job Orders, monitor and follow up with production to ensure Job Orders are completed within the targeted timeframe
• Prepare order shipping in the system and coordinate with forwarders to ensure on time delivery to customers
• Manage and maintain proper records for each project
• Prepare monthly sales forecast
• Perform cost analysis for project
