Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support our sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth communication between various departments. You will be a critical part of helping our sales team meet and exceed goals, and you’ll play a key role in customer satisfaction by handling inquiries and following up on sales activities.
Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with daily operational tasks and administrative support.
Coordinate communication between the sales team, clients, and production departments to ensure smooth processes.
Track and manage sales orders, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
Handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and follow up on issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Organize and maintain documentation related to sales contracts, agreements, and other records.
Qualifications:
Min N / O Level or a related field.
Proven experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) software.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Salary Range:
From $1800 - $2200 onwards
Mon to Friday 9am - 5pm (1 hr lunch break)
