- Responsible in resolving customers’ complaints and operational issues to achieve customers’ satisfaction
- Responsible for handling customers’ inquiry/ tender for the company products and services
- Responsible for processing quotation and sales order on day to day basis
- Responsible for tracking and reporting on submitted quotation and tender status
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing or other relevant discipline
- Min 1 years of working experience in Oil & Gas/ Precision/ CNC Industry
