RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up camera, tripod, lights and grip equipment in the process of filming.
• Assist the Cameraman, Sound Recordist, Lightingman/Gaffer with menial details such as loading/unloading the equipment and setting up of equipment for filming.
• Assist to adjust the lights and cables during takes and removing of obstacles to ensure smooth production.
• Pack/unpack equipment and store the equipment in appropriate places.
• Perform basic cleaning/housekeeping and maintenance of equipment.

• At least 1 year of camera experience
• At least NITEC in Digital Audio, Video Production, Electronic or Film Production.
• Basic working knowledge of location lighting, audio, camera systems, lenses and camera support equipment.

1 Overall Job Purpose

1.1

To perform single or multiple specific tasks in developing and maintaining a logically linked schedule for a designated section of assigned project(s) or a segment of more complex assignment, and prepare relevant reporting and analysis to effectively and efficiently communicate project status at regular intervals.

2 Core Responsibilities

2.1

Under the supervision of Lead Planner or a direct report of this position, collate and compile the necessary information to support timely schedule development and reporting.

2.2

Develop the project planning and progress measurement procedures in accordance with project requirements and ensure proper implementation in the course of work.

2.3

Understand the technical scope of the work and the right sequence and duration of activities to create a viable project plan.

2.4

Develop and maintain logically linked, resources loaded (where applicable) detailed plans using Company planning tools and best industry practices.

2.5

Track project progress and challenge project stakeholders including subcontractors involved with planning and progress measurement activities.

2.6

Consolidate and check consistency of planning and progress data.

2.7

Produce and maintain workforce histograms, progress s-curves and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in connection with the schedule(s).

2.8

Provide ad-hoc reports, “look-ahead”, critical path reviews, “what-if” scenarios, and other relevant tools that will assist in planning and schedule analysis.

2.9

Assess and communicate schedule impacts of all changes envisaged as part of the management of change process.

2.10

Recognize opportunities and resource optimizations to most efficiently execute the planned set of activities.

2.11

Contribute and participate to the Project Risk Management process by providing planning input and identifying schedule impacts for risks’ occurrences.

2.12

Perform schedule risk analysis using company tools and best industry practices.

Provide guidance and support to less experienced planning staff as required.

Work Relationships

Deal extensively with internal stakeholders such as Engineering, Cost Control, Document Control, Project Management, Procurement, Construction, Contracts, Quality, Operations, etc.

Deal frequently with yards and engineering subcontractors on all aspects related to planning and progress measurements.

7 Qualifications & Experience

7.1

Educational Qualification:

Degree in Engineering, Science, Business Management, or Operations Management

7.2

Certification(s):

PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) preferred

7.3

Relevant Experience:

· 8 years of planning experience in oil and gas industry (or)

· 12 years of planning experience in other industries with sound knowlodge of Oil & Gas process and FPSO projects

· Knowledge of project management, risk management and change management processes

· Previous working experience in a senior role is preferred

1) Attend all job descriptions requirements for the position of Control Room Operator;

2) Minimum years experience operating with Oil and Gas industry;

3) Minimum years experience working offshore as Control system technician;

4) Responsible for the efficient and effective control of the process plant operation and production-related equipment for the assigned unit, in compliance with MODEC procedures, national and international regulations and standards, thus ensuring the unit's availability, safe operation and the production and revenue target achievement, contributing to the business continuity and growth.

5) Control and carry out process plant operation and production-related equipment via FCS and other control panels, under the direction of Production Supervisor and with the support from Operators' team, including operational routines, monitoring, controlling and operational optimization of the process plant, sampling and chemical analyses, start/stop and isolations of equipment, commissioning/decommissioning and operational alignments/maneuvers, in order to ensure that the production systems of the platform are operated according to the project and its operating philosophy, thus optimizing production performance and chemical consumption;

6) Contribute to the unit's annual budget planning (expenses and investments), by participating of the corporate planning, providing information about resources, replacements, services and materials needs and other expenses used in its activities, liaising with Supervisors and Technicians to ensure accurate information;

7) Contribute to an effective response to emergencies on board by being part of the Emergency Response Team, participating in all trainings, simulations and acting properly in a real situation, in accordance with MODEC's procedures, guidelines, as well as national and international regulations and best practices;

8) Support the offshore and onshore leaderships in the interface and contact with the client, authorities and internal stakeholders., by providing faithful information regarding operation's and control room routine and indicators, when requested by Production Supervisor;

9) Contribute to the MODEC’s Permit to Work management systems' implementation, by acting as Permit user of PTW for the task performed, in accordance with MODEC's procedures;

10) Required work for the project for 3 years and then sail with the FPSO to Brazil for 3 months, and work on this place for 2 years.

11) Fluent Brazilian Portuguese speakers are preferred.

12) Immediate availability preferred.

13) Knowledge on Brazilian legislation applicable to FPSO operation is required.

14) Availability to move to Brazil.

Overall Job Purpose:

Provide Contract technical support to HOD Engineering and work closely with all the section leads and other engineers to support all technical aspects requirement in relations to Manning resources plan, Basic scheduling, Budget, Database maintenance & etc.

Core Responsibilities:

• Edit and Proofread company documents, including engineering technical specification and Standards
• Maintain and manage Engineering Database to ensure that the internal standards codes are up-to-date and sharing with the Section leads to ensure that all the Engineers are aware of the update
• Coordinate and compile data to assist HOD Engineering in preparation of the Annual dept budget
• Coordinate with Section leads to collect data to prepare for monthly dashboards update
• Create and maintain document templates and fillable online forms
• Coordinate with Section leads to validate against Annual budget for Manning Resources requirement for the various ongoing projects
• Updating the Master Database and ensure that the technical aspects of the software procedures are up to date
• Gather, analyze, compose, and translates technical information into logical, readable and understandable content

• Minimum experiences of 8 years providing Technical Support or relation to knowledge of Documentation Process & has worked on at least 4 FPSO projects understanding the documentation flow process and EPCI standard protocol.

Language(s) and Software:

• Document Management Systems, Primavera P6 Essential Training, Python Programming, Data Analysis with Advanced Excel.

Job Description

• Assist the Executive Producer in planning, coordinating during the pre-production, production and post-production.
• Plan and organize the work schedule efficiently. Able to react swiftly to unforeseen schedule changes.
• Arrange meetings with relevant departments (internal and external) and gather information for budget planning.
• Prepare and manage tender processes to facilitate smooth production of project.
• Make reservations for facilities and resources (editing, filming crew, transport, extras, Audio Post, studios etc) needed for production.
• Assist Producer and Assistant Producer for location filming by coordinating facilities, talents booking, location permits and keeping tracks of production schedules and budget.
• Liaise with sponsors, service providers and vendors for products and/or services required in production.
• Arrange meeting with Airtime Sales / Network Programming to discuss on potential client that are interested to sponsor the programme with incidental exposures.
• Assist Assistant Producer on their line-ups, rundowns, location requisition and ensure they submit it on time for filming.
• Arrange post mortem meeting and submit report after meeting.
• To prepare and execute administrative and budget processes promptly.

Qualifications

• At least Diploma or Certificate in TV Communication, TV Production or Project Management.
• Minimum 2 years of production experience.
• Keen interest in TV Productions. Good knowledge of sports will be advantageous.
• Familiar with internal sports productions and processes will be advantageous.

• Under the supervision of Lead Cost Controller or a direct report of this position, collate and compile the necessary information to support timely cost data consolidation and reporting.
• Understand the requirements of the approved cost control procedures and ensure proper implementation in the course of work.
• Develop and maintain detailed cost control plans using Company tools and best industry practices.
• Set-up Cost Breakdown Structure and allocate budget, resources, and any other data required into the system.
• Derive and consolidate the commitments and actual costs for one or more portions of the scope of work.
• Review, analyze and update accurate forecasts for one or more portions of the scope work by using best industry practices.
• Track budget variances and challenge budget owners on any deviation from approved cost baseline.
• Generate and distribute internal cost report for part or the entire scope of work on a regular basis and as per Company standards.
• Reconcile project cost reporting with accounting and financial records.
• Review subcontractors’ invoices for accuracy and completeness and ensure that costs are allocated with the correct coding.
• Review Change Order requests and/or potential variations that impact project budget and forecasts, and maintain appropriate register.
• Establish appropriate coordination with other project functions to ensure compatibility with the Cost Control requirements and timely flow of the information.
• Contribute and participate to the Project Risk Management process by providing cost input and identifying potential budget and forecast impacts for risks’ occurrences.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Role: The Video Editor is responsible for managing the video editing team and creating the final cut by assembling the raw recorded materials and other files.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with other production teams to understand requirements and communicate the intended creative vision for production.
• Digitally cut all the files and puts them in a narrative sequence that follows that script and screenplay - refining the edited footages based on inputs from the creative leadership teams and to do all final checks of the video formats and backups to ensure all videos are saved.
• Be proficient in other areas of video editing - colour grading where required to digitally manipulate and correct the colours in the footages to accentuate the visual elements in the footages or online editing.
• The working environment is primarily indoors in a video editing studio; however, he may be required to travel depending on the production requirements.
• Be proficient in using more than 1 video editing software.
• Maintain a good rapport with his team and be able to provide creative direction during the video editing process.
• Be attentive and diligent in the storage and editing of the various versions of content.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Film, Sound & Video or its equivalent.
• Experience on non-linear editing system.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Good understanding of TV production and practical/current knowledge of non-linear editing.
• Sound knowledge of file and video formats and mastering techniques.
• Able to suggest alternative production techniques to optimize equipment usage.
• Creative, technically inclined and able to work well under pressure.
• Be prepared to work irregular shift hours and public holidays.
