• Provide support to customers’ engineers on the development of Dry Etch process
• Develop new or modified process formulations, define processing or handling
• equipment requirements and specifications, and reviews processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of products
• Coordinate design requirement review with appropriate engineering/scientific personnel to ensure compatibility of processing methods

• Create, review, and revise cGMP documents such as batch records and SOPs.
• Create and manage change records.
• Develop technical training materials and conduct technical training for production staff.
• Support the technology transfer of new products/processes, including field testing.

1. Legal & Contract Management

• Provide proactive internal legal services, including transactional support and negotiation covering all legal areas relevant to the Company’s business
