Responsibilities:

• Work together with project engineers, production members and maintenance coordinator to ensure safety related projects are followed and implemented in a timely manner.
• Review the emergency and disaster prevention procedures to ensure procedures stay relevant to current operation and up to date.
• Lead and enhance any other HSE related improvement projects/activities.
• To perform any other duties or assignments as assigned by superiors.

Position Summary:
The Production Engineer is responsible for improving the production technology of the EVAL site which will be launched in second half of 2026. The Production Engineer supports the production team for identifying, investigating, and resolving production issues in technical aspects. The Production Engineer leads technology for process control (DCS, SIS), operation condition, and product quality improvement and joins project work related to production technology development and improvement. Until the startup of EVAL production line, training and learning opportunities of EVAL production technology is provided by experienced members in Company. The Production Engineer will be a member of the commissioning and startup team of new EVAL plant and is responsible for designing and optimizing the process condition and process control system (DCS) and supports other production team members to achieve safe and stable commissioning and startup of new EVAL plant.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and update all process control documents, procedures and operation condition sheet in consultation with Production Superintendent and Day Supervisors from Operation.
• Identifying, analyzing, trouble shooting and improving process efficiency, equipment performance, product yield, capacity, quality, process material uses and utilities consumption.
• Manage and improve process control system (DCS, SIS) and process data logging system.
• Support trial production and test run of new grade, new process and equipment with Production Technology Engineer.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Overall in charge of HR Function with full spectrum of services including recruitment and talent management/retention, succession planning, workforce planning and scheduling, training and development, salary and benefits administration and total reward function, support overseas subsidiary setup, build dedication and commitment, discuss issues and conflicts, recognition and incentives system, policy and compliance etc.
• Serve as a HR Business Partner and work closely with HOD to understand business objectives, and whenever deemed necessary, implement jointly with function leader the appropriate HR solutions/framework.
• An active member of the leadership team to lend HR perspective and advice to discussions.
• Work on annual manpower planning and budgeting.

• Drive and lead HR projects such as Annual Performance Appraisal Exercise, bonus pay-out exercise, external audits that involve HR functions and etc.
• Nurture the HR team members through developing and upping their job competencies, with a view to mentoring them to be independent and competent employees.
• Formulates, implements, and reviews HR policies and regulations to meet business objectives, and ensure their relevance in the face of any changing business directives or legislations and statutory requirements.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Develop the Learning and Development framework
• Negotiation of Collective Agreement with the Union
• DPO (Data Protection Officer) for the organization.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree ideally in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 to 10 years’ experience, with at least 2 to 3 years in a managerial role

Position: Production Engineer (HSE)

• Work Location: Jurong Island (Company transport provided near Jurong East MRT)
• Work hours: 8 am to 4.30 pm (Mon-Fri)
• Salary range: $4000 - $5000 + $200 (site allowance)

Requirements:

• Working experience in the chemical industry
• Deep knowledge of Safety legislation and regulations in the chemical industry
• Diploma / Degree in Engineering, health, safety, or environmental field of study

Responsibilities:

The Production Engineer (HSE) is responsible for Daily Operations and Projects Safety, the Lead to reviewed, improvement and compliance to all Safety regulations and requirement. Manage the Operations Risk Assessment and ensure occupational Safety

• Lead daily operation as an HSE Production Engineer to ensure Safety in both daily operation and construction projects at site.
• Lead HSE aspect of operation in risk assessment, Hazop study for new modification projects, changes to operating procedures, site construction activities.
• Review and make list of high-risk activities in the process operation based on Hazop study, have regular meeting with production manager and make plan to improve safety level in such areas of operation.
• Coordinate closely with day production & logistics members for HSE aspect of process operation and ensure safe work procedures are followed.
• Study and review all the safety observation feedback and prioritize based on level of risk to follow up through MOC process. Ensure improvement items are followed by keeping records and timeline.
• Work together with project engineers, production members and maintenance coordinator to ensure safety related projects are followed and implemented in a timely manner.
• Review the emergency and disaster prevention procedures to ensure procedures stay relevant to current operation and up to date.
• Lead and enhance any other HSE related improvement projects/activities.
• To perform any other duties or assignments as assigned by superiors.

Job Description:

· Planning and release of work orders for all parts (both components and DMM) based on the customer order/ demand forecast and triggers the subsequent needed materials for piece-parts and sub-assemblies.

· Assure each operation meets shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders for both DMM and components.

· Resolves problems utilizing acquired knowledge and analytical abilities.

· Min 5 years experience in Manufacturing/Automation/Contract Manufacturing

  Job Requirement:
• ATE Test Program Design and Development for new products (Production and Characterization Test)
• Design/Develop Final Test Loadboard and Wafersort Probecard
• Perform Characterization Testing, prepare test specifications, define tests, conditions, criteria, etc.
• Solid digital and mixed-signal programming experience on ATE using C++/VB language, and scripting
• Monitor and manage production test yields, maverick lots, engineering lots, product test log maintenance, product data statistical process, characterization data process.
• Hands-on test debugging, RMA analysis, and improving test solutions (Hardware and Software)
• Establish cost-effective production test solutions
• Develop team technical competency.
• Build product test plan, schedule, resources requirement and project tracking and execution.
• Conduct product test and releases review, approve the test program releases.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics)
• Minimum 5-yrs ATE Test Program Development (C++ and/or VB)
• Experience in Test HW Development (Loadboard and Probecard)
• Good knowledge on manufacturing process (fab, packaging, test)
• Hands-on development experience is a must with Teradyne J750 ATE testers, IG-XL test programming
• Hands-on development experience with Chroma and other main stream testers.
• Project management skills and experience in people management.
• Preferred: Knowledge in AEC Q100 automotive qualification guidelines, experience in the automotive test flow, AEC Q100 data analysis, wafer and FT lot process.
