DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Plant Biotechnologist carries out research projects and protocols as determined by the Principal Investigator, following procedures exactly as outlined, ensuring the consistency of research practices and, ultimately, helping ensure the consistency and integrity of project outcomes. • Reporting to the Kitchen Production Manager and responsible for the operations of the Kitchen production area and supporting the entire shift of Restaurant, Swedish Food Market and Bistro.

Responsibilities:

- Support key seasonal campaigns via planning and execution of marketing strategies, including paid media, events, and promotions that will give outlets the opportunity to maximize sales.

- Digital marketing, customer acquisition, and social media content development

- Lead branding and marketing strategy development and implementation for a portfolio of fashion and lifestyle brands.

- Take the lead on communication/negotiation with department store personnel and in-store marketing by leveraging department store resources.

- Promotion Planning: Know what promotion works and be able to plan for a full-year calendar of eCommerce and retail shop events and activities to enhance the shopper experience and achieve sales targets.

- Active in sourcing for marketing partnerships with external parties for collaborations, vendor management, including liaison of PR, managing of outreach seeding programs to KOLs and our membership members.

- Monitor corporate image frequently and ensure it is in compliance with company brand.

- Develop and implement crisis communications advice and media strategy, as needed.
