1. Production Assistants

We are looking for Freelance Production Assistants to be a part of our production team for our next drama series. Students on End-of-Year holidays and fresh graduates are welcome.

Job Scope: To assist production in terms of preparing wardrobe, buying necessary items for production and ensuring organization and efficiency on set.

Duration: November 2024 – February 2025*

Remuneration: $800 - $1500 per month

Qualifications: Basic Microsoft office skills, Soft skills such as organization and teamwork, Production experience is a plus

2. Production Assistant-cum-Drivers

We are looking for Freelance Production Assistants-cum-Drivers to be a part of our production team for our next drama series.

Job Scope: Regular Production Assistant duties (as listed above), as well as to provide safe and reliable transport for production personnel and items.

Duration: November 2024 – February 2025

Remuneration: $2800 per month

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with operation department to establish a cost-effective treatment/recovery method for incoming/customer materials.
• Assist in providing advice and co-ordination work in technical-driven recovery trials in Operation.
• Assist in optimization of alternative analysis and recovery methods.
• Assist Laboratory in performing experimental work.

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry with at least 2 years of laboratory experience in precious metal/ base metal industry, eg.fire assay analysis and ICP machine operation.

• Be a team member of L2 Production Support team located across Singapore, Hong Kong and India to ensure 24 * 7 worldwide production support.

Manufacturing Technician

The Manufacturing Technician will work closely with the manufacturing team and the CENTAURI software and hardware engineering teams to ensure that quality and throughput are maintained in device production and that quality and production metrics are captured and analysed. To take responsibility for the delivery of key projects around SSO and LDAP which are aligned to drive significant change within the platform.

To work with the Application Production Support project managers in defining, designing, documenting and implanting new functionality for existing and new applications.

To liaise with the Application Developers in low-level diagnosis of on-going issues.

To provide subject matter expertise on SSO and IDM technologies to all business application teams.

To act as technology evangelists for the improvement of process and technology in use for the Authentication services within Client Platform Support and Maintenance

Pro-actively monitor, manage and improve availability and performance of the production environments (from presentation and application layers to Infrastructure layers)

Pro-actively manage the capacity of production applications

Incident and Problem Management

To work with partner teams to conduct analysis of major and critical incidents.

To identify tactical or strategic improvements that can be introduced to help reduce the number of on-going incidents within the SSO and LDAP area. Change Management

To work within the change management framework adopted by Client to ensure that all changes to the production environment are planned and executed in a controlled manner.

To take responsibility for the quality of changes within the SSO and IDM environments, ensuring that changes raised are of sufficient standard in terms of technical and planning detail.

Attending and sharing knowledge / updates in the Weekly Change Control Board Meetings and the Weekly Problem Management Meetings. General

Perform pre-assigned tasks to accomplish the function responsible for. The nature of these tasks are Change The Bank or Run The Bank

Work cooperatively with the other members of the team

Ensure adherence to processes and procedures

Request improvement of knowledge (training) when needed

Apply own initiative, within the levels of acceptable risk

Whenever in doubt, escalate and seek advice and guidance

If the nature of the position is user-facing, then all the guidelines and principles of user service mentality and behavior should be applied

Escalate risks / issues to the manager of the team

Minimise operational failure, including but not exclusively, the risk of fraud, by helping to devise, and by implementing, sufficient regular controls.

Ensure appropriate escalation to management and/or Permanent Control (or Compliance as appropriate) as soon as an issue is identified.

Provide a direct contribution to the client’s operational permanent control framework. As this is a production support role, focusing across a range of different and mostly innovative technologies, candidates must possess the aptitude and desire to learn. In addition, ability to be on call and provide support out of hours is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Senior Process Engineer II (NPI) scope of work includes setting up manufacturing processes, quality control measures, improvement exploration including design of jigs and looking into design for assembly.
• Will need to have a good understanding of existing manufacturing set-up and using techniques such as value stream mapping (VSM), will design the manufacturing concept to optimize available resources. After defining the manufacturing concept, will design the manufacturing processes and incorporating design for assembly (DFA) principles to simplify assembly processes by reducing components or assembly operations required. From these activities, with the objective of optimizing the overall product manufacturing cost.
• Setting up the manufacturing processes and quality control, will create work instructions, testing and/or checklists for inspection for critical to quality measurements. Will define test or measurement parameters and provide requirements to tester design team to develop the testers.
• To improve efficiency and manufacturing practices, the candidate will explore designing jigs for ease of assembly and critical alignments. Alternative tools exploration such as smart tools and fixtures which support better ergonomics will also be considered.
• During the projects before M300, the candidate will be involved in prototype build and support activities of pre-series build. The candidate is a stakeholder in PAG will provide timely feedback via TFS tickets and bringing the discussion to PAG meeting for improvement and resolution. The candidate works closely with stakeholders such as Project manager, Supplier Quality, Quality management, Production and Service. The candidate is also required to review and approve all initiated ECR, and improvement recommendations if necessary. The candidate is required to ensure the successful implementation of ECRs. The candidate supports the project and prepares at critical milestones for readiness check, Q-checks, and evaluation of product/safety risk assessment ensuring on time release of products to market. The candidate will be responsible to set-up the SCM acceptance and delivery criteria ensuring product test and assembly is meeting required specifications.
• Upon M300, the candidate will be the project lead for knowledge transfer between sites. The candidate is responsible to ensure the successful set-up of manufacturing site with scope of tester readiness, technical knowledge, production layout set-up and build capability.
• For the manufacturing engineering team, NPI Process Engineering will be the internal auditor ISO45001 with responsibilities of preparing and representing the team in external audits for recertification
