Responsibilities: 

• Lead a team of mechanical supervisors and contractors in performing plant maintenance, modification, and construction activities to ensure timely and safe execution with good maintenance practices.

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in mechanical facility maintenance in the oil, petrochemicals, or power industry.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing Rotating Equipment such as heat exchangers, pressure vessels, agitators, pumps, compressors, and blowers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with basic knowledge of SAP applications being advantageous.

• Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies
• Determines and may develop test specifications, methods and procedures from blueprints, drawings and diagrams.

Role Overview:

As a Facilities Coordinator, you will support facilities management and general administration in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations: building maintenance, office upkeep, pantry/common areas, company vehicles, pest control, etc.
• Coordinate with internal and external service providers to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Source, evaluate, and manage service providers/vendors/contracts.
• Maintain systematic and accurate records.
