• Coordination work during pre and post shoot

• Support Production system, perform enhancement and develop new changes, etc.
• Good technical Skills with Unix scripting, Sql, oracle and production support.
• Knowledge in Java or web technologies, will be preferred.
• Experience in ITIL processes.
• Able to interact and coordinate efficiently with other IT Sections and within Core Application Team itself.
• Prepare/update Technical Specifications and end user system job instructions documents.
• Liaise with external parties pertaining to system collaboration and system testing.
• Observe, maintain and comply with the KPIs, work instructions, guidelines, security controls, audit controls and governance set.
• Ensure quality deliverables, documentation, reporting for work assigned and performed.
• Willingness to work on call support on weekends / public holidays.

• To ensure that all operational duties by the team are completed on a daily schedule, ahead of time, efficiently and effectively
• To provide excellent customer service and management and to ensure that all your staff understands the importance of such standards
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the team
• Obtain sales target and KPIs given by the management
• Assist in planning schedule
• Promote positive work environment
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guideline
• Develop strategic and operational plans for managing execution and measuring results
• Any other duties as may be assigned by management
