We are seeking an Application Production Support professional to manage support activities for Olympic (Core Banking) and related systems. The role involves handling incidents, service requests, end-user queries, and maintaining system reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Provide L1/L2 application support to end-users.
• Escalate unresolved tickets to appropriate teams following established procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service to build trust and positive relationships with users.
• Ensure adherence to Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and roadmap targets.
• Maintain and update knowledge articles.
• Support disaster recovery (DR), business continuity (BCP) exercises, and patching cycles.

Ideal candidate:

• Basic troubleshooting skills on AS400 and Unix.
• Strong knowledge of SQL queries and data analysis.
• Familiarity with production support tools like ServiceNow and JIRA is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Proactive, positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
• 7+ years of experience in IT production L1/L2 support within the banking industry.
• Knowledge and experience with banking products such as investment instruments, corporate actions, loans, deposits, remittances, and foreign exchange.
• Experience with Olympic banking system is a strong advantage.
