Responsibilities

· To specialise in processes and to perform higher level of troubleshooting and failure analysis.

· Guide the technicians and operators to achieve required output and quality

· To check on the supplementary materials change to ensure they are properly done

· To assist Line Engineer to check all the control chart and checklist

· To ensure smooth production operation with production report

· To monitor, troubleshoot and improve the production daily final test yield

· To perform maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery

· Any other jobs as assigned by Manpower supervisor

Requirements

· Diploma / Degree in Electronics / Mechatronics / Electrical / Mechanical discipline

Responsibilities:

• Maintain master data in D-one Tool and SAP new BOM set-up
• D-one tool validate & and upload monthly SIOP, demand & shipment, PCL input optimization
• Liaise with sales & and PCL to align the monthly SIOP forecast
• SAP planned orders review vs actual production attainment & and adherence and backlog in the D-one tool
• Participate in ongoing Kaizen system improvement in the planning & and scheduling process

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent
• 1-2 years experience in production planning/ scheduling
• Strong analytics skills in volume variations
• Require advanced Excel/access & SAP skills & Microsoft Power BI
• Provide support & coverage to the PC&L Supervisor
• Conformance to relevant audit requirements
• Achieve PC&L KPI
• Deploy and implement 5S and LEAN initiatives

Responsibilities:

• Meet monthly and yearly Revenue targets.
• Control inventory and 100% delivery to customer
• The actual KJEs may include all, some or more of the followings :
• Collect and estimate customer forecast, to create 18 months production plan and load it into SAP system.
• Monthly submit volume forecast to Finance and weekly outlook, accuracy is requested.
• Weekly release two weeks production schedule and fix one week without change.
• Daily work with operation team to follow up schedule attainment.
• Daily work with material team to understand material support plan.
• Monthly submit six months build plan to IE team to study capacity.
• Weekly release ship plan according to customer demand and operation output.
• Work with quality team if have quality issue and how to replace to customer on time.
• Weekly update SAP planning, insure correct forecast to release to supplier.
• New product and part number need trigger set up MBOM into SAP.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent
• Experience in manufacturing production or similar industry
• Advantageous if have SAP experience
• Able to work independently
