Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Material Engineering is required.
• Min 3 years’ design experience in a product development environment, contributing to a product’s successful delivery into series production will be preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD software for 3D modeling and technical drawings, SolidWorks knowledge will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of materials and manufacturing processes. Knowledge in machining, metal forming, heat treatment and casting are preferred.
• Knowledgeable in design principles, such as springs, bearings and hydraulics, and in theoretical calculations related to the field of statics, dynamics and kinematics.
• Keen interest and experience in a hands on approach towards the construction of prototypes and testing.

Responsibilities:

• Handle payroll, yearly Auto-Inclusion Scheme submission and leave management - own the payroll process and contribute to its continuous improvement

• Handle recruitment matters pertaining to interns
• Support recruitment process (including recruitment, on-boarding, confirmation, off-boarding and orientation)
• Data management of leave and claims in HRIS

• Support work pass matters (New applications, renewals, cancellations)

Task

1. We are looking for someone who can impart technology and knowledge to the local employees so that in the near future local employee will be able to take the lead in production
2. As head of our plant, you will manage the entire plant.
3. You will be responsible for identifying the aptitude of employees and assigning employees based on the right person to the right job principle.
4. You are required to plan the appropriate number of personnel according to the production volume.
5. You will be responsible for investigate root causes of problems that occur daily, and implementing a cycle of hypothesis, implementation, verification, and improvement.
6. You will be responsible for coordinating the entire process.
7. You are responsible for sharing and collaborating with overseas group factories regarding problems with machines and other equipment, as well as points for improvement in production.
8. You will be responsible for leading the workplace safety and health management (including 5S) of the entire plant.

This role is responsible for planning raw materials, Flavours and Vendor Directs by maintaining safety inventory levels and replenishing based on MRP requirements. Be a back-up for the other raw materials Planner (Non Flavours and Packaging).

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze SAP purchase requisitions and convert to PO’s on timely basis for Flavors and Vendor Directs
2. Manage exceptions such as expedites and postponements or cancellations.
3. Be the data owner for these materials
4. Daily interaction with Production Planners, quality, receiving, freight forwarder to provide updates on raw material availability
5. Management of PO relating to vendor direct items and full process since PO creation until confirmation of shipment; and coordination of internal activities
6. Responsible for providing feedback for New Product Introduction via e-ICE maintenance for common materials
7. Ensure accuracy and maintenance of Safety Stock and raw materials planning master data
8. Meet key inventory and material planning metrics
9. Identify and manage opportunities to optimize SAP functionality
10. Maintain Materials Dashboard KPIs which include PO management, RM shortage, Order Acknowledgement, SOH vs Safety, Shelf life and RM availability
11. Provide accurate and timely feedback in relation to Inventory in Risk (MIRA)
12. Lead and implement projects for inventory optimization and process improvements
13. Monitoring supplier quality and delivery performance and collaborate with procurement team to resolve supply issues
14. Meet all internal and external compliance responsibilities including Purchasing Policy requirements, GCS, SOX & AIBI
15. Adherence to all PepsiCo Health & Safety requirements is a requirement of this role
16. Any other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

Education or Professional Certifications (minimum level required e.g. Bachelor’s degree, Diploma and/or certifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Inventory or Materials Planning
  

Experience (number of years of directly related operational or leadership experience and to specific industry if need be)

• At least 5 years of experience in a related Supply Chain or Operations role particularly in raw materials planning
• Strong operational experience in a dynamic multinational organization
• Experience working closely with third parties and colleagues in remote locations to deliver business objectives an advantage
• Experience in FMCG is a plus.
