Job Description & Requirements

• Monitor and identify clients and maintain client base through efficient interactions with clients and analyze any changes in clients needs.
• Coordinate with prospects to understand individual client requirement and recommend plans to ensure achievement of all objectives.

• Maintain frequent communication and follow-up with clients.

• Administer all clients’ queries on financial issues, manage and redirect perspectives.
• Assist in service and sales process and provide training to sales personnel.
• Analyze all information to develop strategies and ensure achievement of all financial objectives for client.
• Develop strategies to promote solutions and products that the company offers.

Requirements:

a) Dissemble various types of aircraft components

b) Perform trouble shooting, assembly, inspection and testing of aircraft components

c) Perform minor rework or call out the relevant repair scheme

d) Read and understand CMM, Service Bulletins, Standard Practices or other relevant Airworthiness Data

e) Complete the documentation and records for each component and where applicable, sign and stamp each stage of the work performed

f) Release of components to service

g) Proficient in most of the requirements for multiple products

h) Cost conscious and have a sense of urgency to complete jobs by stipulated deadlines

i) Ability to work in various areas of the shop, uses sound judgment and is a team player

j) Accept ownership for the work assigned to him and perform his job in a safe and proficient manner

k) Able to work independently with minimum supervision and possess basic problem solving skills

l) Aid in the maintenance of his personal work area, the workshop and shared facilities and equipment

m) Participate in the Continuous Improvement projects in Customer Service Department (methods) to promote efficiency and productivity.

n) Comply with all health, safety and environment (HSE) regulations as prescribed by law and company’s policies.

o) Actively participate and contribute to HSE initiatives & Corporate HSE programs and in HSE risk communications & mitigations.

p) Any other duties assigned.

Note: This role requires frequent travel and will be based in China and Vietnam for at least 10 months per year. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders.

• Lead initiatives to resolve customer-reported quality issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders outlining corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize quality inspection processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and technological advancements to enhance inspection efficiency.
• Foster open communication and collaboration across departments for effective quality management.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure a unified approach toward achieving quality objectives.
• Manage personnel-related tasks, including task assignments, coordination, attendance, and performance management.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• Oversee the timely delivery of tasks and projects to meet quality objectives within established timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• A minimum of 6-8 years of proven experience in quality management, particularly within manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and standards such as TS16949 and VDA 6.3.
• Experience collaborating with counterparts in China/Taiwan.
• Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma) is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel frequently and be based in China and Vietnam for at least 10 months per year (separate living accommodations provided). The role includes annual 4 round-trip tickets back to Singapore.
