1. General

Analyzes supply and demand at the family and master schedule level to determine out of balance conditions and recommended alternatives to superior. . Experience in warehousing management and operations is necessary

2. Resposiblilities

· Responsible for creating and maintaining master schedule for material and capacity planning balancing the supply and demand for a product family.

· Create Purchase Order and acknowledge Sales Order from Supply Units.

· Coordinate with Suppliers, Supply Unit, production and logistics to ensure delivery schedule are met.

· Expedite material from Suppliers and follow up with them on discrepancies claim.

· Review Order Point, Safety Stock and Demand and maintain components at optimize level to minimize slow, non-movers obsolescence.

· Participate in key performance indicator on Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.

Job Summary

The main function of this job is to generate maximum output of quality products through effective use of assigned resources and assets. To achieve this goal, this position has:

Operation and performance
