Purpose of the Job:

 To support the Regional Office Finance function in area of Group Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis and System Implementation.

Job:

 Handle group monthly consolidation preparation and reporting.

 Perform account reconciliation, ensure proper intercompany transactions and eliminations.

 Review inter-company activity and balances and prepare group audit schedule and other group reports.

 Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting pack, annual audit and ensure timely filling of statutory financial statements and group reporting.

 Submission of ad hoc group information in support of HQ business decision making.

 Assist in preparation and analysis of financial data to support group reporting.

 Ensure accounting reports are in compliance with accounting standards.

 Highlights exceptions and provide feedback to management on key findings.

 Assist in process improvement, procedure and policy review and system implementation.

 Support Treasury for group cash management.

 Support Tax on providing financial related information and schedules.

 Any other ad hoc assignments as designated by manager.

Requirement :

 Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.

 Experience in group consolidation, financial analysis and system implementation are preferred.

 Good planning and organizational skills.

 Good communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with multiple stakeholders of diverse nationalities.

 Flexible and able to work independently and perform under pressure.

Job Scope:

You will be responsible for the end-end recruitment process, including but not limited to: compliant job postings, job launch, sourcing, phone screens, assessments, candidate tracking and status updates, interview feedback, conveying compensation expectations and offer extension. Essential Responsibilities:

• Responsible for blue collar volume hiring, both internal and external hires for the Singapore Plant
• Responsible for the wing-to-wing recruitment process, including but not limited to, managing job posting and process compliance, job launch, sourcing and screening of candidates, interview arrangement, candidate tracking and weekly status updates to business partners. Facilitate interview feedback sessions, prepare salary proposal, extend verbal offers and issue Employment Agreements
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and develop expertise in their business and talent needs to create diverse talent pools and pipelines
• Collaborate with People Leaders and HR to ensure a positive candidate’s experience
• Utilize proactive and innovative sourcing strategies utilizing various techniques to reach out to talents
• Effectively use social media tools in alignment with the company's Brand Strategy
• Partner with local government bodies or institutions for career fairs
• Responsible for weekly reporting of TA metrics

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma with 1- 2 years of recruiting and sourcing experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee cybersecurity measures.
• Evaluate IT needs and improve systems for productivity, security, and efficiency.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are advantageous.
• Excellent project management skills and experience in budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
