• Coordinate/Manage Management Review, consolidate monthly data and prepare monthly summary report for site quality metrics reporting into Global Platform.
• Timely initiation of NCRs and product on-hold activities.
• Conduct and support investigations for non-conformances, FAAs and customer complaints.
• Trend, analyze and monitor key performance indicators, suggest improvements, and escalate to supervisor/management as necessary.
• Identify improvement opportunities and lead/support the implementation activities to improve performance and efficiency.
• Review and approve distribution activities, such as change request, nonconformance, CAPA, escalation, SAR and customer complaints.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve operational quality issues.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Diploma, preferably in Science, Life Science, Engineering or other appropriate education and experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or supply chain industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage execution of plans for development of new products to meet agreed timescales and product development requirements
• Leads and initiates the development of food products and processes as driven by business needs of the organization

Requirements
