The Digital Production Artist (Freelance On-Site) is responsible for re-creating image assets based on supplied artwork and and localising assets based on the requirements for each locale. Job Duties

• Operate and maintain machinery.
• Do packing and product labeling and ensure accuracy.
• Monitor levels of stock and liaise with goods delivery driver and admin.
• Monitor and update stock levels in warehouse and keep strict traceability records of production.
• Maintain a flexible approach to work to meet team based work requirements.
• Observe and maintain safety levels with particular attention to machinery and electrical equipment.
• Maintain a strict level of personal and workplace hygiene.
• interpreting specifications and job orders
• estimating manpower requirements
• assigning duties to workers
• analysing and resolving work problems
• coordinating the work of one or more units with other units

Job Description:

• Ensure proper managerial accounting assignments (WBS code/Cost Center/GL) of revenue/costs/expenses in day-to-day approvals and routines to make meaningful budget monitoring and build up reliable database.
• Develop year-end forecast with monthly breakdown by making analysis .
• Present the managerial cost report and materials in internal and external meetings on demand.
• Maintain close relations and give necessary support for budget owners for the responsible area to support their adherence against the approved budget.
• Consolidate and report evidence for Client invoicing for reimbursement contracts together with Finance Dept.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related areas; Bachelor in Engineering, Accounting or Business Management.

Relevant Experience:

• Previous experience in the offshore industry (FPSO Operator, Drilling Companies or other companies in the Oil and Gas sector) is a competitive edge.
• Advanced office package;
• Knowledge of SAP;
• Experience in preparing financial reports
