The incumbent leads Factory’s Engineering Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing engineering projects to ensure they are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. We are seeking a motivated Production Operations Supervisor to lead and oversee operations in our newly established biotechnology manufacturing plant. You will play a critical role in building a high-performing production team, establishing operational processes, and driving the success of our manufacturing operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train and supervise a team of production operators to foster a collaborative work environment and meet plant's production objectives. Implement and oversee training plans to enhance employee skills, promote cross-training, and improve workforce flexibility.

Role Requirement:

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field.
• Min. 6 years of experience in medical devices, biomedical, life sciences, or similar industries with 3 years of team supervision and training in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards, with proven ability to enforce safety protocols.
• Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing principles, waste reduction, and process optimization.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities to motivate teams and provide constructive feedback.
