Job Scope

The Process Engineer applies engineering principles and techniques to optimise the production processes in a manufacturing environment to meet organisational objectives. His/her work also includes troubleshooting process engineering issues and developing work instructions for out-of-control processes. He/she will be required to analyse manufacturing/maintenance issues and recommend engineering solutions.

In addition, the Process Engineer leads production and manufacturing systems improvement projects and is expected to develop operation plans per organisational objectives. • Conduct daily QC Inspection (weight, quantity, metal detector, packaging check, date code, collect samples for microbial test) to ensure that all finished products are meeting internal quality standards.
