Job Summary: The Manufacturing Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production planning, process improvement, quality control, and team management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving operational efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Management: Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring that production schedules are met and that products are produced on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. Utilize lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production supervisors, engineers, and operators. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and teamwork.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet or exceed quality standards. Work closely with the quality assurance team to resolve any quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Resource Management: Manage resources, including raw materials, equipment, and labor, to optimize production output and minimize waste.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure that all manufacturing operations comply with health and safety regulations. Promote a safe working environment and lead safety initiatives.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the manufacturing budget, monitor expenses, and ensure that financial targets are met.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on production performance, including key metrics such as yield, efficiency, and downtime. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including supply chain, engineering, and R&D, to ensure that manufacturing operations align with company goals and objectives.

• Provide administrative and clerical support.
• Prepare and ensure the timely submission of reports.
• Manage and process invoice payments.
• Organize and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, sending invitations, reserving conference rooms, and arranging necessary equipment.
• Arrange travel plans and appointments for the management team.
• Plan and organize internal and external events.
• Coordinate with various departments to facilitate effective communication within the organization, ensuring information flow and timely updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Atleast 2 years experience of relevant experience.
• Familiarity in Power BI or other data visualisation tools would be an advantage.
• Immediate starter is preferred
