Job Summary:
As a member of the Bakery Production Crew, you will play a vital role in the production of high-quality baked goods. You will work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient operations, maintain cleanliness, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Baking and Preparation:
- Assist in the preparation and baking of a variety of goods including pastries and cookies.
- Follow recipes accurately and consistently to ensure product quality.
Equipment Operation:
- Operate baking equipment such as mixers and ovens safely and effectively.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and report any malfunctions to the supervisor.
Quality Control:
- Inspect ingredients and finished products for quality and freshness.
- Ensure that all products meet company standards before they are packaged or displayed.
Inventory Management:
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking supplies and ingredients.
- Help with receiving and storing deliveries.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other team members to meet production goals.
- Participate in training and development opportunities as needed.
Sanitation and Safety:
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure product safety.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment is required.
- Basic understanding of baking procedure
