Job Description:

• Analyze, design, develop, maintain products and assist in their commercialization.
• Basic knowledge on electrical motors (Induction and Permanent Magnet type)
• Understanding of basic electrical circuits, motor control and VSD operations

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design prototypes and systems for testing.
• Create test plans and reports
• Implement corrective actions on deviations
• Conduct or participate in technical reviews of requirements, specifications, designs, code and other artifacts.
• Contribute to design standards and support design re-use.
• Create and maintain product documentation.
• Provide support to customers.
• Perform mechanical calculation and analysis
• Perform risk assessments
• Author technical reports, papers, articles, patents and presentations.
• Maintain familiarity with company technology, organization and business.
• Basic knowledge of materials (metals, elastomers) would be a plus
• Basic knowledge of simulations would be a plus

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor in Electrical Engineering with 4 - 5 years of experiences
• Strong technical knowledge in electrical engineering
• Experience on 3 phase systems and electrical machines
• Knowledge of simulation tools, control panel design, electrical cable calculations

Responsibilities

Asssist Snr Accountant you will be responsibe for the following tasks:

* Preparation of monthly accounts

* Cashflow management and forecast

One of the Chemical leader, which is a MNC has an opening for a Production Planner to manage their production plan & operations requirements at the Singapore plant. To best utilization of production facilities to enable the right product being available for customers requirement.

1. Search and translate information from across the organization to build a production plan to meet business objective.
2. Prepare requirement plans for plant to ensure the plant is operating in line with company’s planned requirements and availability.
3. Conclude and provide direct coordination/liaison with internal and external suppliers on forecasts requirements needs and PO placements.
4. Handle the import and/or export of products to support the demand plan activities.
5. Understand and knowledge of short term capacity availability and constraints. Work with internal teams to manage order prioritization and balance fulfilment for plants’ inbound materials. In times of constraints, assess overall availability within Asia/global to re-balance supply through liaising with supply planning specialist, supply planning manager, product manager and region logistics.
6. Ensure inventory levels are within target ranges for key materials and key locations. This is to ensure to have adequate material to maintain supply without increasing working capital costs within acceptable level.
7. Take action to changes in plan in a timely manner. Besides to updating material movement requirements, this should also include highlighting likely impact of these changes to the supply planning manager.

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain or Chemical Engineering preferred
• SAP competency in materials managements and supply planning typically acquired with 1 yr or more years of experience
• Good knowledge of supply chain structures and procedures, global supply network interactions and inventory management protocols
• Ability to communicate technical planning details to non-technical colleagues
• Effective follow up skills with attention to details

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with Process Engineer & Engineering team to establish QC standards.
• Creating documentation for inspection criteria and quality plans.
• Collaborating with QA, Process, and Product teams to address quality issues through corrective action.
• Conducting in-process audits and final quality control audits with the Process team.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Manufacturing/Quality Engineering or equivalents.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Electronics Manufacturing Industry.
• Responsible for controlling Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA).
• Oversight of quality control for incoming, in-process, and outgoing products.
• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, 14001, 13485, and 45001, and FDA requirements.
• Understanding IPC requirements in PCB assembly and quality standards for various manufacturing processes such as plastic molding, die casting, extrusion, metal stamping, and machining parts.
