Responsibilities

• Combine and transform data from various sources to prepare for analysis, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and establish data quality protocols.
• Conduct data analysis and summarize findings in clear and concise reports to support monthly and quarterly business metrics.
• Create visually compelling charts and graphs to present insights using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Accounting and General Managers, to understand data requirements and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Data Science.
• 2 years of experience in a financial or operations analyst role, with manufacturing analytics experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of P&L analysis and advanced MS Excel skills (vLookups, Indexing, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, team player, and a strong desire for continuous learning.
• Proficiency in Power BI, age X3, APIs, or other financial software tools is added advantaegs.
