About the role
Reporting to the Production Manager, this full-time Production Supervisor role is responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operations of the production floor at our FMCG/Beverage Manufacturing facility located in the Tuas West Region. Basic Expectations for this position

• Proficient in all aspects of plant biotech laboratory procedure including ability to modify and adapt protocols to develop gene editing and transformation pipelines.

Requirements

• Minimally a degree in plant biotechnology/ Biomedical Science or proven proficiency in plant biotechnology or related degreeMeticulous attention to detail, both in actual laboratory practice and in documentation
• Excellent general molecular biology laboratory skills, including proficiency in pipetting, documentation, and procedure
• Ability to accurately convert measurements and prepare chemical solutions and buffers as required
• Ability to understand protocols, modify and clarify them, and perform protocols with consistency, as demonstrated through previous laboratory experience
• Experience with high throughput molecular biology techniques and the ability to operate specialized and general equipment (biolistic particle delivery systems, fluorescent microscopes PCR and q-PCR machines, gel electrophoresis, tabletop centrifuge).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure comprehensive ERP documentation is in place.
2. Partner with teams across business functions to leverage on IFS functionalities to drive organizational efficiencies throughout Yinson Group.
3. Perform IFS financial module related implementation, migration, testing and training, including other modules as needed.
4. Drive continuous improvement on e-invoicing and invoice scanning implementation to resolve issues and improve the work flows for the procurement process.
5. Prepare and update IFS process workflow policy and procedures, in collaboration with the Financial Processes & Systems Manager and other Finance personnel as needed. Troubleshooting and resolution of IFS issues.
6. Update of IFS authority settings according to Board’s mandate.
7. Support IFS financial information dissemination to transaction owners
