Our client is a Global Manufacturing MNC, one of the leading players in the Oil & Gas servicing sector. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Drilling Design Engineer to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the creation of innovative product designs and improvement/development to existing product designs.
• Regularly engages with third parties (e.g. customers, suppliers, vendors, etc), contributing to the technical specifications development.
• Responsible for various aspects of projects and collaborates with support teams to develop operational procedures.
• Management of engineering design modifications, involving the review as well as approval of engineering’s drawings.
• Proficient in appointed meetings to ensure the compatibility, interfaces, and functionality of relevant components within associated systems.
• Attends project meetings, where technical details are presented.
• All other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant working experience
• Understanding of various industry standards and offshore operations
