Responsibilities

· Pack the finished products onto the appropriate corrugated carton boxes.

· Ensure that the product carton boxes and individual packets are stamped with the correct expiry date.

· Responsible in the preparation of appropriate carton boxes.

· Learn and operate packing machine.

· Assist in the daily operation of the packaging machines as assigned and rostered to.

· Assist in the local preventive maintenance of packaging machines.

· Perform area cleaning of the packaging machines, grinders and perform specific hygiene sanitization of work stations.

· Assist in the quality control check of all finished products.

· Assist in the stickering / labelling work on products.

· Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when required to do so by the management.

What does a Freelance Digital Production Artist (on-site) do at Hogarth?

The Digital Production Artist (Freelance On-Site) is responsible for re-creating image assets based on supplied artwork and and localising assets based on the requirements for each locale. The role also entails optimising image assets for visual clarity per the client’s guidelines, exporting the assets into various formats as required, and checking the assets into a repository. The incumbent would also be expected to check his/her work on various platforms to ensure quality, consistency and correctness.

This is a freelance position for upcoming short-term projects that will happen intermittently throughout the year. Each project is likely to last between 3-5 weeks and would require the team to work full days on-site at the client's office at One North. For now, you will need to be able to commit from mid January to March 2025.

Due to the nature of this freelance arrangement we are not able to consider anyone who is currently in a full-time position unless they have plans to freelance full-time themselves.

• Update/localise imagery and UI elements in Photoshop comps, and output web graphics
• Structure Photoshop comps to optimise efficient production design and localisation workflows using slices, smart objects, and layer comps
• Track and check on web graphics using a version control system
• Work closely with producers, traffic, development, publishing, and international teams to meet project goals and ensure efficient file handoffs for localisation
• Review final webpages and HTML email with an exacting eye, ensuring that graphics and layouts are flawless

Requirements

• Experience in a hands-on, high-volume web or HTML email design and publishing environment (or equivalent)
