Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with operational teams to understand cost drivers and variances on plant financial performance. Train product line owners in understanding key financial concepts to drive business and operational goals.
• Responsible for the review of detailed financial performance and submission (monthly, quarterly, year-end, ASR (Annual Strategy Review), and budget) and provide insightful reports to support business decisions.
• Lead the annual budget process and cost roll up, including the preparation of standard product cost development, budgeted variances, cost center budgeting, headcount requirements, volume analysis and raw material pricing analysis.
