- Policy Development: Design and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with business objectives.
- HR Management Support: Assist the HR Manager in overseeing HR and administrative functions, including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, payroll, training, workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and employer branding.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Onboarding and Orientation: Oversee onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, performance management, and career development initiatives.
- Attendance and Administration: Supervise attendance tracking, leave management, and timesheet verification.
- Employee Welfare: Administer employee claims, benefits, and welfare programs, while promoting employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Data Analysis: Monitor HR metrics and provide actionable insights to improve processes and employee satisfaction.
- HR Consultation: Provide HR advice and support to management, heads of departments, and employees.
- Workplace Safety: Collaborate with ESG and safety consultants to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors to maintain effective delivery of security services and compliance with company standards.
- General Support: Undertake additional tasks as assigned by senior management.
Job Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 5 years of HR experience, including team leadership.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR practices, Employment Acts, and regulations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational and time-management abilities, and a positive, problem-solving attitude.
- Work Environment: Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic settings, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Advantageous: Experience with RBA and security operations is a plus.
