The Job

• Working closely in the Planning Team, coordinating with the Buyer, Production Team Leaders, Warehouse Teams
• Managing the full spectrum and cycle of Production Planning (High Mix)
• Managing large volume of parts and components for the Semiconductor machine and equipment
• In-charge of performing transactions using SAP
• Maintaining the Work Order release schedule, ensuring efficient coordination between manufacturing and the engineering department
• Analyse and be ready for shortages of parts
• Working closely with the Design and Engineering Team
• Handling Inventory Control
• Managing the Production Control

Production Engineer (East/9 Months Contract/Up to $4500)

Delivery Fulfilment & Supplier Management

Assume the role as a Product Engineer (aka portfolio owner) by purchasing component repair services from various external suppliers. Managed day to day delivery rhythm from Order to Remittance (OTR) to ensure customer satisfaction. At the same time, drive supplier performance on Turnaround time and potentially involved in capability development. The potential candidate will first familiarize with department's transactions through managing a portfolio of supplier-customer accounts and subsequently expanding the portfolio and people-leading skills.

Also opportunities to a gain a full perspective of delivery fulfilment and how it impact organization & customer as it involved cross function external/internal collaborations, including both suppliers and customers.

Learning Opportunities:

Project Management: Manage, build rapport and collaborate with suppliers to fulfil customer needs

Technical Skills: Exposure to technical data as such supplier defect reports, Engine Manual repair

Problem-Solving: Develop problem-solving skills utilizing LEAN tools to address capacities, material challenges.

Data Analysis: Developed data analysis skills in review scrap trend, volume forecast, delivery performance

• Design and develop ATE (Automated Test Equipment) programs for new products, covering both production and characterization testing.
• Engage in hands-on testing debugging, conduct RMA analysis, and enhance testing solutions for both hardware and software.
• Develop a test plan for the product, including scheduling, resource needs, and overseeing project tracking and execution.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in ATE test program development.
• Proficient in C++/ VB, ATE testers and Chroma.
