1. *Language Skills:* Fluent in Tamil to effectively communicate with stakeholders, attendees, and vendors who primarily speak Tamil.

2. *Cultural Sensitivity:* Understanding Tamil culture to ensure events are culturally appropriate and respectful.

3. *Vendor and Supplier Management:* Ability to negotiate and communicate with Tamil-speaking vendors for services, contracts, and supplies.

4. *Audience Engagement:* Design and implement strategies to engage Tamil-speaking audiences effectively.

5. *Translation and Interpretation:* Provide translation or interpretation services during events as needed.

6. *Marketing and Promotion:* Develop marketing materials or strategies tailored to Tamil-speaking communities if the events are targeted towards that demographic.

In essence, proficiency in Tamil and cultural understanding becomes crucial for effective communication and engagement with Tamil-speaking stakeholders involved in the event.

• Location : Gul Road [Company Transport Pick-Up from Boon Lay MRT to Company (2 ways)]
• Working days : 5 days
• Working hours : 9am - 5:30pm
• Salary : $1,600 - $2,000 [OT paid when OT required]

Requirements:

• ITE graduates preferred
• Preferably 1 to 2 years working experience in a factory
• Working experience in a Chemical / Refinery plant an added advantage
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Filling of Chemicals into drums/bottles.
