Responsibilities

· Produce, shoot & edit photography and videography content for the Confirm Good TikTok platforms

· Assist in content creation, working closely with project managers and content strategists

· Plan, script and storyboard video assignments

Requirements

· Experienced with photography and videography equipment

· Familiar with pre-planning/production, lighting, storyboarding, equipment like slider and gimbal etc

· Good knowledge in video and photo-editing software, Capcut etc

· Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

· Good communication skills

· Knowledgeable in digital content and platforms

· An eye for trends and explore different technics able to produce video/photography content that goes ViRAL

Scope of work:

- Do production planning, assist supervisor in arranging personnel allocation in production department, and also need to participate in production line operations

Job Descriptions:

• Planning and preparing test cases and test scenarios based on the project requirements and specifications.
• Executing test cases and scripts to identify defects or bugs in the software.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent relevant experience
• Preferably with 3 years experience in IT infrastructure field.
• Technical skills:Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing), tools, and techniques; experience with automated testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or Cucumber; ability to develop and execute automated test scripts; ability to identify, document, and track software defects and issues; experience with agile development processes and methodologies.
  
• Pre and post deployment testing: You should have experience testing software both before and after deployment to ensure compatibility and functionality.
• Familiarity with programming languages: While not a requirement, familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, Java & Golang can be helpful in understanding the software development process and identifying issues.
• Database testing: Experience with database testing is a plus, as many software applications rely on database functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage production schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Ensure production processes meet quality standards and regulations.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold product standards.
• Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and minimize waste.
• Analyze production data, prepare reports, and develop KPIs to improve productivity and output.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure the production area complies with safety rules.
• Conduct regular safety audits and quickly address any compliance issues.
• Work with departments such as Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and Warehouse to ensure smooth production operations.
• Communicate production updates and any issues to senior management and other important stakeholders.
